Autoritatile au anuntat initial ca politele trebuie incheiate, pana la 15 ianuarie 2011.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precizarea vine de la Ministerul Administratiei si Internelor. Dupa 15 iulie, proprietarii de locuinte, care nu au incheiat asigurarea obligatorie, vor fi amendati cu sume cuprinse intre 100 si 500 lei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Polita obligatorie ofera acoperire numai pentru: cutremur, alunecari de teren si inundatii. In plus, unele constructii nu vor putea fi asigurate nici macar prin asigurarea obligatorie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cei care doresc o acoperire mai ampla, trebuie sa apeleze si la o asigurare de locuinta facultativa. Datele furnizate de CSA releva faptul ca in cazul unei locuinte evaluate la 40.000 euro, prima de asigurare medie suportata este de 48 euro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca o dauna este rezultatul unei inundatii provocate de un vecin, acest tip de risc nu este acoperit prin polita de asigurare obligatorie. Polita obligatorie are un puternic caracter social, prin acoperirea doar a celor 3 riscuri de catastrofa naturala cutremur, inundatii si alunecari de teren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Polita facultativa ofera protectia impotriva unei game mult mai extinse de riscuri, cum ar fi incendii, explozii, furt, caderea accidentala a unor corpuri sau avarierea instalatiilor electrice, electronice si electrocasnice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asigurarile obligatorii vor fi primele luate in calcul la momentul despagubirii, daca se produce unul dintre cele 3 riscuri. &lt;br /&gt;Polita de asigurare obligatorie va functiona ca un fel de fransiza de 10.000 euro, respectiv 20.000 de euro pentru polita facultativa. Prima anuala este de 10 euro in cazul locuintelor tip B si de 20 euro in cazul locuintelor tip A. Avem de astazi inca un soi de RCA dar pentru casa de aceasta data.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Legea privind asigurarea obligatorie a locuintelor a fost adoptata in 2008, dar aplicarea ei a fost intarziata de crearea bazei de date cu locuintele din Romania si stabilirea regulilor contractului de asigurare, fara de care nu se pot vinde aceste polite. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Costul asigurarii locuintei este de 10 sau de 20 de euro pe an, in functie de materialul din care este construita locuinta.
